Weteringbrug: a village without buildings from before 1900

Weteringbrug lies in the municipality of Haarlemmermeer, on the edge of the reclaimed polder. • Solar panels: number and peak capacity.

Without evidence the defaults for the construction year apply, and for a 1920s home those are low assumptions.

Exceptions to the label obligation

Not every building needs a label. Buildings used only temporarily are outside the rules, and an existing label less than ten years old can simply be reused; the clock runs from the survey date, which you can find on EP-online. Listed buildings were on that list for a long time, but no longer since 29 May 2026.
