The Rotterdam housing market and the energy label

Apartment, portico flat or family home?
Rotterdam has a lot of stacked housing. An apartment generally needs its own energy label per home; our advisor inspects the specific property and accounts for shared structures and installations. Older portico and gallery flats often score between C and E — additional insulation and HR++ glazing usually offer room for improvement.
