Rijpwetering lies in the municipality of Kaag en Braassem, in the peat meadow area near the Kagerplassen. Allow 60 to 90 minutes in which the BRL 9500 certified advisor records:

First check whether a valid label already exists

A label from the past ten years, counted from the survey date, is still perfectly usable; EP-online shows it per address. Exceptions to the obligation are scarce these days: temporary buildings fall outside it, but listed buildings no longer do since 29 May 2026.
