Where does this energy label information come from?

Directly from EP-Online, the official national register of the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). Every registered energy label is recorded there.

How long is an energy label valid?

A residential energy label is valid for 10 years from the registration date. After that it has expired and you need a new label when selling or renting.

I cannot find an energy label for my address — what does that mean?

Then there is (yet) no valid energy label registered for your home. A valid label is legally required when selling or renting. We arrange one quickly, from €220 including inspection and registration.
