The Mijdrecht housing market and the energy label
Mijdrecht is the largest village of the De Ronde Venen municipality. It grew from a polder village along the Dorpsstraat into a residential town with spacious districts such as Hofland, Molenland, Proostdijland, Twistvlied and Wickelhof. Housing ranges from pre-war ribbon development and detached polder homes in the countryside to terraced houses from the 1970s and recent new builds. The expected energy label therefore differs strongly per neighbourhood. A valid, EP-online registered energy label is mandatory when selling or renting out.

How to request an energy label in Mijdrecht

The calculation follows the NTA 8800 standard. Especially the older ribbon and polder homes around Mijdrecht, with irregular constructions and extensions, require an experienced eye during the survey.
