What is a partnership with Hollands Duurzaam?
Every sale requires a valid energy label, registered in EP-online, before the property can be listed on Funda — without a label, the listing is rejected. For your agency that means the label needs to be in place early in the process, ideally before the photography. As a fixed partner we take care of that, per file or structurally for your whole agency: one point of contact, a short, reliable turnaround, and no hassle.

Responsibility and liability
The property owner — not the estate agent — remains responsible for the accuracy of the submitted property details. As an agent, you therefore have no independent duty to verify the energy label. We handle the entire process from inspection to registration, so you can refer your client with confidence.
What does it cost
An energy label starts from €220 including VAT, property inspection and registration in EP-online, depending on the property type. View the full price overview per property type.
