A maatwerkadvies (literally: tailored advice) is a written sustainability report drawn up for one specific home: yóurs. It describes which measures make the most sense, what they cost, how much they save, how quickly they pay for themselves and which subsidies you can apply for. What exactly is a maatwerkadvies?
Not generic tips, but a concrete plan for one home. A certified advisor inspects the home on site — insulation, glazing, installations, ventilation — and then calculates what each measure delivers. The result is a report you can use to budget, plan and apply for subsidies. Typical contents:
